Dutchess School Bus Driver Of Year Works For Pawling CSD Vincent Valentino of the Pawling Central School District, has been named the winner of the 17th annual Dutchess County School Bus Driver of the Year Award, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced on Wednesday, April 25.  The award, recognizes Valentino's exemplary service and safety record.
