An alleged prostitute has been charged in connection with the death of the head chef of the glitzy Cipriani Dolce restaurant in Grand Central Terminal who was found stuffed in a garbage can in a motel room.
The body of Andrea Zamperoni, 33, of Queens, was discovered by New York City Police around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the Kamway Lodge & Tavern in Elmhurst, a dumpy Queens motel, after officers responded to a call of an unconscious man, said the NYPD.

Ex-Substitute Teacher In Area Charged With Rape Of Student
A middle school teacher who worked as a substitute in the Hudson Valley, has been charged with allegedly raping a 13-year-old student.
Jonathan Pol, 28, a teacher at the Mott Hall Community School in the Bronx, was arrested at 3:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, and charged with rape, said the New York City Police Department.
Pol reportedly worked as a substitute at numerous area schools including in the Arlington, Pawling, and Dover districts, between 2015 and 2017, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.

Hudson Valley Man Admits To Killing, Dismembering Girlfriend In NYC
A Hudson Valley man who walked into a police station and admitted he killed and dismembered his girlfriend four years ago has officers searching for her body parts.
On Tuesday, Aug. 28, Ricky Gonzalez, 34, of Beacon, entered the Precinct 1 station house in Manhattan and confessed to stabbing and dismembering a 58-year-old female at some point in 2014, said officers with the New York City Police Department.
Officers said the murder took place inside 226 Wilson Ave., in Brooklyn, where the woman, Maria Quinones, 58, lived at the time.
