Missing Vulnerable Teens From NYC May Be In Capital Region, Police Say
Police have issued an alert for a pair of vulnerable teenage girls who are believed to be in the Capital Region.
Jackeline Caraballo, age 15, and Le’Airra Ivery, age 14, ran away from a residential treatment facility in Brownsville, Brooklyn on Thursday, Sept. 29, the New York City Police Department said.
They were last seen in Rensselaer County, in Troy, and are believed to be staying in the area, police said.
The girls are especially vulnerable given their medical status, and may be in contact with a known exploiter, according to police.

Duo Charged With Kidnapping, Robbery In Incident At Hudson Valley Motel
Two Hudson Valley men were indicted on charges stemming from a kidnapping and robbery at a motel in the region.
Rockland County residents Jonathan Abikzer, age 30, of Monsey, and Michael Galkovich, age 46, of New City, were charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree kidnapping in the incident that happened in Garnerville earlier this month, Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh announced on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
They were also charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, Walsh said.

ID Released For 'Law & Order' Crew Member Shot, Killed In NYC
A 31-year-old man crew member of "Law & Order: Organized Crime," who was shot and killed has been identified by police.
Johnny Pizarro, age 31, of Queens, was shot in New York City in Greenpoint around 5:15 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, according to the NYPD.
Pizarro was sitting in a red Honda Civic, saving a parking spot, when another man opened the driver’s door and shot him, officials said.
Arriving officers found Pizarro unconscious and unresponsive. The crewman was hit in the head and neck, NYPD said.

Police Search For Missing 10-Year-Old Boy From New York City
The New York City Police Department has asked the public for help locating a missing 10-year-old boy.
Marvin Bonilla was last seen leaving his home in Queens at about 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, the NYPD said.
He walked east on Chandler Street toward Nameoke Avenue, police said.
Marvin is described as being about 4 feet tall and 100 pounds, with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes, the NYPD said.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants, and carrying a gray backpack, police said.

Hudson Valley Man Charged As Leader Of Organized Armed Robbery Conspiracy
A Hudson Valley man was arrested and accused of leading an organized armed robbery conspiracy in the region.
Orange County resident Patrick Chellel, age 31, of the village of Montgomery, was arrested on Wednesday, March 23, and charged in a conspiracy to commit armed robberies of suspected drug dealers in Orange County, the Bronx and Hartford, according to Damian Williams, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York.
