The collision occurred in Dutchess County, in the town of Wappinger, at about 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, on All Angels Hill Road near Dugan Lane.  According to Capt. The fire, which started around 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 16, was first reported as a tractor fire, but when East Fishkill firefighters arrived on scene they found the 3,500-square-foot home was engulfed in smoke and flames, said department officials. The fire, which started around 9:27 a.m. at 21 N. Gilmore Blvd., moved quickly but was extinguished by 10 a.m. by members of the Wappingers Falls, Hughsonville, New Hackensack fire departments.  Red Cross officials have been called to the home to assist displaced residents. No one was injured.
