A Hudson Valley man has been charged with murder in the first- and second-degree for allegedly hiring another person to stab to death his neighbor. Orange County resident Enoch Lowe, age 25, of Wallkill, was arraigned in Orange County Court on Monday, Oct. 30 in connection with the Oct. 30, 2022, killing of his neighbor, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Two men are behind bars on murder charges after allegedly gunning down a man inside a home in the region. Multiple people called 911 shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, reporting gunshots at a Schenectady home on State Street near Grove Place, according to Schenectady Police.
