Voletta Wallace, the devoted mother of rap legend The Notorious B.I.G., died at her home in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday, Feb. 21, according to Monroe County Coroner Thomas Yanac. She was 78. The father of the University of Connecticut student and former high school football player in Fairfield County who is the subject of a massive manhunt for two slayings was arrested last month for sexual assault. The FBI has joined the massive multi-state manhunt for a college student who played high school football in Fairfield County who police say is connected to two homicides, a home invasion, and a kidnapping.
