Man Found Unconscious In Car In Northern Westchester Impaired By Drugs, Police Say A 30-year-old man has been charged after police say he was found unconscious and impaired by drugs in his vehicle in Northern Westchester. Yorktown Police say an officer observed an unconscious man in the driver seat of his running vehicle in a parking lot on Route 202 (Crompond Road) on Saturday, Sept. 21 around 7 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the man, identified as Mitchel Golden, of Mahopac, of was driving while impaired by drugs, according to police.
