Four Capital Region police officers were injured in a crash, and two others were exposed to cocaine. The incident occurred in Albany at around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the area of Madison Avenue and Quail Street. A prominent sales and marketing consultant from New York is facing charges for allegedly shooting and killing a dog that interfered with his game on a golf course at a popular resort, officials announced.
