Fire Rips Through Home In East Fishkill An East Fishkill family lost everything in a fire that ravaged the home on Queen Anne Lane. The fire, which started around 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 16, was first reported as a tractor fire, but when East Fishkill firefighters arrived on scene they found the 3,500-square-foot home was engulfed in smoke and flames, said department officials. The fire reportedly destroyed about 90 percent of the home, but the two residents were able to escape unharmed, said a GoFundMe account set up to help the homeowners.
