Wappingers Falls Man Caught After Driving Recklessly, Fleeing From Putnam Sheriff Deputies A man from Wappinger Falls has been arrested and is facing charges after allegedly fleeing from a Putnam deputy sheriff and driving recklessly. Deputy Kevin Radovich and ESU Deputy Brian Neary responded to 871 Peekskill Hollow Road in Putnam Valley on the report of a road hazard on Monday, Feb. 11 around 6:30 p.m.  Further investigation revealed that a vehicle had struck a telephone pole, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L.
