Restaurant Burglar Caught In Act In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley man who allegedly broke into a restaurant and burglarized it was caught in the act by police who found the door smashed and the suspect inside. Orange County resident Duane Williams, age 59, of Newburgh, was captured around 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 in Newburgh.
