With COVID numbers continuing to trend in the right direction, Gov. The guidelines for social distancing at public schools recommend far less space between people than the 6 feet standard encouraged throughout much of the pandemic. On Tuesday, Feb. 23, Massachusetts announced a plan to return all elementary school students to the classroom by April. 19: New Detailed Data For Individual Schools Added To NY Online Report Card
New York State has introduced a new tool for parents and educators to alleviate any concerns they may have about returning to in-person education amid the COVID-19 pandemic. New York Gov Andrew Cuomo announced that the state is adding new, more detailed data for individual schools and school districts to its COVID-19 “Schools Report Card” that will now include information from the labs doing testing for the virus around the state.
