One Killed In Fiery Westchester Crash A 37-year-old Westchester County man was killed in a fiery crash with a driver from Fairfield County New York State Police announced. Investigators from New York State Police Troop T responded to the scene in Westchester at approximately 10 p.m. on Feb. 24 on I-287 in the town of Harrison. It happened around 1:30 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 20 on I-684 in Westchester near the I-287 merger in Harrison. According to Trooper AJ Hicks, officers responded to the crash which occurred when the driver of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata hit a median guide rail and was later struck by a second vehicle. New York State troopers stopped Danbury resident Kevin Edmond Jr., 32, at on I-287 at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, June 14 in Harrison, when he committed vehicle and traffic violations.
