State Police said the crash has all I-87 southbound lanes closed from Exit 21 in Catskill to Ulster County in Saugerties Exit 20 for at least the next six hours. State police said the crash occurred in Ulster County around 3:50 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, near mile marker 105.
