Heavy rain, thunder and lightning are expected with small hail possible. The time frame for the storm is from about 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21. The arrival of the cold front will bring about a big drop in temperatures, with lows between the upper 20s to mid 30s overnight into Saturday morning, Nov. 2. The chance for flurries, particularly areas farther north, continues through around 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
