Woman Weaving On Northern Westchester Roadway Charged With DWI, Police Say A female motorist who was allegedly slowly weaving in and out of the shoulder of a Yorktown roadway was busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit, police said. An officer from the Yorktown Police Department on routine patrol shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Thursday morning stopped Putnam Valley resident Kayla Muniz on Foothill Street, when she was spotted swerving on the road.
