Emergency Repair Will Cause Two-Day Road Closure In Millbrook A busy Dutchess County roadway will be closed to the public for several days next week for emergency repairs. On Monday, Oct. 29 and Tuesday, Oct. 30, there will be no through traffic permitted on Church Street between Manzi Drive and Manor Road as the Millbrook Highway Department performs emergency culvert repairs in the area. According to officials, motorists have been advised to use alternate routes during the scope of the project, which is expected to conclude before Wednesday, Oct. 31.
