16-Year-Old Accused Of Firing Gun At Vehicle In Area A 16-year-old boy has been charged for firing a gun at a vehicle in the area. The incident happened in the area near 29 North Hamilton Street in the City of Poughkeepsie late Friday morning, Aug. 7.  No one was injured and the vehicle was not hit. A short time after the incident, the boy was located and arrested for firing at the vehicle.   Another teen, a 15-year-old who was with the 16-year-old at the time he was apprehended, was also arrested for having an active juvenile delinquent violation of probation Dutchess County Family Court warrant.   Officers transp…
