Antwaun Boyd, 25, who ordered food from China Xpress earlier this week, was arrested by Stamford Police Thursday after allegedly finding a fried mouse in his fried rice before punching one of the restaurant's employees, said Sgt. Investigators from the Ramapo Police Department have issued an alert regarding Smadar Cohen - also known as Smadar Ategi-Cohen - who is wanted on charges that include rape, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, the charges stem from a series of incidents that happened in July last year in both Ramapo and Airmont. Police: Middletown Man Engages In Threatening Behavior At Resorts World A Middletown man was arrested by state police after threatening people while at the Resorts World Casino in the Town of Thompson. Joshua Gill, 29, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana after troopers were called to the resort for a disorderly man, said Trooper Steven Nevel. While interviewing casino security, troopers determined that Gill was engaging in tumultuous and threatening behavior, and was taken into custody, Nevel said. Gill was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson Court on March 22.

Deputy Sheriff Christopher Tompkins, on routine patrol on Main Street observed Heminio Carranza-Vasquez urinating on the sidewalk on Feb. 18 at about 5 p.m. As Deputy Tompkins approached, Carranza-Vasquez turned while still urinating in plain view of passing motorists and pedestrians, the sheriff's office said.
