2 Juveniles Injured In Head-On Dirt Bike Crash In Hudson Valley Two juveniles were injured in a head-on dirt bike crash in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in Dutchess County around 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 6 in the town of Dover on Weil Road. According to Capt. Carl "Pepper" Whitbeck, age 43, of Ridgefield, was killed around 2 p.m., Thursday, July 29 during the crash on Branchville Road in Ridgefield.
