Ramos, 32, was arrested following a stop on Main Street on Monday, July 22, said Town of Poughkeepsie Police Officer Matthew Galli. A police investigation found that Ramos was allegedly in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of cocaine and that he was driving without a valid license, Galli said.
