Hudson Valley Man Nabbed For String Of Burglaries, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was nabbed for allegedly committing a string of commercial burglaries following an investigation.  Dutchess County resident Eric Mangano, age 53, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by the city of Poughkeepsie police on Tuesday, July 16.
