Hudson Valley Man Charged In Stabbing Death Of Another Man Using Kitchen Knives
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with alleged murder for using several kitchen knives to stab a man to death who was lying on the street following a fight.
Orange County resident Cameron Williams, age 25, of New Windsor, was charged on Wednesday, Nov. 6, for the Sunday, Oct. 13 incident in the city of Newburgh.
According to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler, he was remanded to jail in place of $1,000,000 cash bail, $3,000,000 fully secured bond, and $10,000,000 partially secured bond.

Police Asking Public For Help Locating Man Wanted In Shooting Death
Law enforcement officials are asking the public for help locating a suspect wanted on a warrant for the shooting death of a Hudson Valley man.
Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler announced on Thursday, June 10, 2021, Joshua Williams, age 31, has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of a man in Newburgh in 2020.
Hoovler said Williams, of Newburgh, intentionally caused the death of Jamie Fincher, age 35, of Newburgh by shooting him with a loaded firearm on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020.

Body Of 35-Year-Old Man Recovered In Hudson River, Police Say
The body of a man has been recovered after he fell into the Hudson River while walking along its edge with friends.
Orange County resident Maurice Pryce, age 35, fell into the water around 10 p.m., Wednesday, June 9, in the area of the Blue Pointe Restaurant, said City of Newburgh Police Lt. Joseph Burns.
When police arrived on the scene, several witnesses said they saw Pryce, of the City of Newburgh, fall off the dock into the water.

Large Group of Dirt Bike, ATV Riders Race Through Streets In Area, Frightening Residents
A large group of more than 30 dirt bike and ATV drivers were arrested after the group allegedly drove through the streets of the City of Newburgh at high speeds, frightening residents and other drivers.
The incident took place around 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 18, when the large group of riders gathered in the City of Newburgh, said City of Newburgh Police Lt. Brandon Rola.
According to Rola, the riders were traveling recklessly through city streets, sidewalks, private yards, and business parking lots.
