The body of Herbert Ruehle, 63, of Carmel, was discovered around 11:10 a.m., Thursday, May 2, after troopers from Troop A-Southbury were dispatched to the area of I-84 eastbound, Exit 4 on-ramp in Danbury for a suspicious incident, said the Connecticut Stae Police.
Troopers along with detectives from Western District Major Crimes Squad arrived on scene and determined that there was no evidence of foul play and identified the deceased, state police said.
