Fire officials in Dutchess County said crews were called to the Dover Plains store in Dover Village Plaza Tuesday, April 19, with reports of a car into a building.
Arriving crews found the SUV with its rear end protruding from an exterior wall and the driver still stuck inside, fire officials said.
They had to cut away part of the building in order to free the trapped occupant.
Fire officials said medics evaluated the patient at the scene and found no injuries.
It's unclear what led up to the crash.
