Residents, chefs, and at-home-cooks will be able to visit their favorite vendors including local farmers, bakers and food artisans from Dutchess County and the surrounding area, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors will also be able to sample delicious Kale Pesto Grilled Cheese made with market ingredients by Food Access Interns.
The market is part of an effort to promote local farms and sustainable and organic farming practices, which are best for human health and the environment, said the Millerton Farmer's Market.
During the winter month, the market will be open on second and fourths Saturdays of each month at the church, at the corner of Dutchess and Main Street.
