The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising motorists to expect the following lane and ramp closures along in Dutchess County between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. nightly beginning Sunday, Oct. 20, through Thursday, Oct. 24, to accommodate paving work. Dutchess County Dealer Nabbed Peddling Cocaine Mixed With Fentanyl, Police Say An alleged drug dealer in the region was busted after he was caught selling cocaine mixed with fentanyl in connection with a fatal car crash. Dutchess County resident Joseph M. Kundrat, age 32, of East Fishkill, was charged on Monday, Sept. 30, following an investigation by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Task Force agent Det. Sgt. Adam Harris, the task force, initiated an investigation into Kundrat after a request from the East Fishkill Police in connection with a fatal auto crash in which cocaine-laced fentanyl was found. Hudson Valley Man Killed In Crash Between Truck, Car A Hudson Valley man was killed in a two-vehicle crash. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 8 a.m., Thursday, June 13, on Route 52 at the intersection of Leetown Road in the town of East Fishkill.
