NYS Correction Officer Justin Brown Killed In Beacon Crash
A New York State correction officer from Ulster County has been identified as the motorcyclist killed in a crash in Dutchess County.
Justin Brown, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Monday afternoon, April 13, on Matteawan Road near Deer Run, according to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, who confirmed his identity to Daily Voice on Tuesday, April 14.
As previously reported by Daily Voice, officers responded to the scene just before 2:45 p.m. and found Brown, a resident of Gardiner, dead at the scene.
