1 Killed In Overnight Crash At Miller Place Intersection Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle overnight crash at a Long Island intersection. It happened. just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 in Miller Place. A man was operating a Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle westbound on Route 25A when he crashed into the side of an eastbound 2017 Toyota Prius as it was turning left onto Oakland Avenue, according to Suffolk County Police. Know This Car? Police Asking For Help In Fatal Long Island Hit-Run Police on Long Island are asking the public for help identifying a car that is wanted in connection with a fatal hit-and-run. The incident occurred in Ronkonkoma on Monday, May 20, on Ronkonkoma Avenue near Third Street. Deadly Hit-Run: New Video Shows Suspect Vehicle In Crash Killing Long Island 21-Year-Old Police are hoping that newly released video will help track down a hit-and-run driver who killed a 21-year-old Long Island woman. The incident happened at around 3:20 a.m. Monday, May 20, in Ronkonkoma near the intersection of Ronkonkoma Avenue and Third Street. Suffolk County Police said Elyse Crivaro, of Holbrook, was walking across Ronkonkoma Avenue when she was struck by a southbound car. The vehicle, described as a dark colored sedan, fled the scene.
