Election 2024: Poll Worker Threatens Voter, Tussles With Cops On Long Island, Police Say An election poll worker is accused of threatening a voter and fighting with police at a polling place on Long Island. The incident happened in Oceanside, at Oaks School #3 on Fortesque Avenue, shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5. Nassau County Police said Mark Sebesta, age 54, of Baldwin, was serving as a poll worker when he got into an argument with a 25-year-old male voter. He is accused of threatening the man.
