ID Released For Man Killed In Hit-Run Long Island DWI Crash The identity has been released of a man killed in a hit-and-run Long Island crash involving an allegedly drunk driver. The crash happened around 4 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, in Westbury. A 2006 gray Chrysler Sebring was traveling eastbound on Old Country Road when it struck a bicyclist near the intersection of State Street.  The bicyclist sustained extensive injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Nassau County Police paramedic.
