17-Year-Old Girl From Region Has Been Missing For 4 Days Authorities in the Capital Region are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager. Juleesa Keele, 17, of Schenectady, was last seen on Monday, Feb. 24, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Additional details, including her last whereabouts and a clothing description, were not immediately available. Corrections Sergeant From Region Charged With Child Exploitation Charges A 44-year-old sergeant at the Rockland County Jail is facing over 50 charges of possessing and promoting alleged child sexual abuse material, authorities announced. Daniel Dworkin, a corrections officer sergeant, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 21, following an investigation sparked by a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, according to Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E.
