Dutchess County Man Admits Rape Of Child Under 13: DA A Dutchess County man has pleaded guilty to the rape of a child under the age of 13 with an agreed-upon sentence of 23 years in prison, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi. Michael Tyndale, age 52, of Poughkeepsie, entered his plea on Tuesday, Jan. 14, the DA's Office said. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at Pershing Avenue Park in the city of Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt. Sean Fitzgerald of the Poughkeepsie Police, a man in his 50s, was found stabbed and bleeding at the park by responding officers.
