Officers were called to Tobay Beach in Massapequa for graffiti damage that was done to several areas at around 3:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22. An investigation found that Tayyab Muhammad, 20, of South Farmingdale and a juvenile accomplice defaced the 9/11 Memorial Wall, a concession stand, and men and women’s bathrooms, Nassau County Police said.
