State Police have released the identities of two people from the region killed when their car hit the back of a tractor-trailer, closing the roadway for hours. Driver In Capital Region Single-Vehicle Crash Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter
A 28-year-old man from the region has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash in which the driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter. The collision occurred in Greene County at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, on Route 54 in the town of New Baltimore. According to Capt. Capital Region Trucker Killed Retrieving Item On Roadway
A 36-year-old New York trucker was killed Friday morning, Aug. 16, when he climbed out of his cab after a small accident in Massachusetts before another truck crashed into him, authorities said. In Hampden County, Nicholas Charles, a resident of Mechanicville in Saratoga County was struck just after 9:45 a.m. near mile marker 33 of Route 90 in Blandford, Massachusetts State Police said.
