Missing 14-Year-Olds From Hudson Valley Found Update: Two teenagers who were reported missing in the Hudson Valley have been found. Ulster County residents Zachary Hull and Giana St. Hilaire, both 14 years old, had last been seen between 4:30 and 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Rondout Valley High School in Accord, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said. A passerby spotted the teens Wednesday evening, Sept. 28, as they walked along Berme Road in the Town of Marbletown and called 911.  Both teens were in good health and were returned home by deputies, police said. Tornado Touch Down Confirmed In Hudson Valley A tornado touched down in the Hudson Valley region during a round of isolated, severe thunderstorms earlier this week.The National Weather Service in New York announced on Saturday morning, July 16 that a storm survey conducted in eastern Ulster County found that damage that occurred west of Kingston on Wednesday, July 13 was the result of both a macroburst (straight line winds) as well as an EF-1 tornado. Impaired Hudson Valley Woman Bites Trooper During Assault, Police Say A woman who was high on drugs assaulted a state trooper and damaged his police vehicle during an arrest, New York State Police said. Troopers in Ulster County first made contact with the woman at around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 9, after witnessing her violate traffic laws on Washington Avenue in the town of Ulster, police said. The crash took place in Ulster County on Route 209 in Marbletown around 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 19. Ulster County deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a two-car, serious, physical injury crash at 4174 Route 209 between Old Kings Highway and Kapetanakis Lane, said the Ulster County Sheriff's Office.
