Kevin Dingle Admits To Killing Leroy Chisom In Schenectady A 32-year-old Schenectady County man accused of a fatal shooting in October will plead guilty to the slaying and spend at least 20 years behind bars, police said.  Kevin Dingle, of Schenectady, was facing 12 felony charges in the case, including murder and tampering with eviidence among others, Schenectady County police said. Duo Fatally Shoots Man Inside Capital Region Home, Police Say Two men are behind bars on murder charges after allegedly gunning down a man inside a home in the region. Multiple people called 911 shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, reporting gunshots at a Schenectady home on State Street near Grove Place, according to Schenectady Police. When officers arrived, they found a 42-year-old man on the second floor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, identified as Leroy Chisom, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
