Troopers busted Jovan Washington, age 41, of McKinney, Texas, during a traffic stop in Albany Tuesday, Aug. 2, New York State Police said. Traffic Stop In Capital District Turns Up Stolen Car, Gun, Drugs Three people are facing charges after state troopers recovered a stolen car and gun in the Capital District. Troopers in Columbia County stopped the Hyundai Santa Fe just before 1 p.m. Thursday, July 14, on State Route 9 near Stickles Road in Livingston. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Livingston the previous Friday, July 8, according to New York State Police.
