There seem to be many favorites from reviewers, and nightly specials and smells draw you in.  Some include truffled pot roast and little neck clams with pancetta, chorizo, bacon, tomato, onion, and a white wine and garlic sauce. Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub Set To Close Colonie Location Time is running out to visit this popular restaurant in the region. In Albany County, the Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is set to close its Colonie location – at 107 Wolf Road – after 20 years in business. The restaurant’s final service will take place Sunday, Aug. 11, a company spokesperson told Daily Voice. Employees are being offered positions at other locations or severance pay. NY Man Filing Lawsuit Has A 'Beef' With McDonald's, Wendy's A New York man has some serious beef with fast-food chains Wendy's and McDonald's due to how they advertise their burgers.  Reuters reported on Wednesday, May 18, that Long Island resident Justin Chimienti is suing both chains over their burger sizes, saying the chains are defrauding customers by advertising their burgers as being bigger than they really are. The news outlet reported that Chimienti, who is a resident of Suffolk County, said the chains use undercooked patties in their advertisements, which makes them appear significantly bigger.
