Meth Dealer From Capital Region Gets Over Decade In Federal Prison A convicted drug dealer will spend more than a decade in federal prison for selling hard drugs in the region and then obstructing the police investigation into his conduct. Andrew O’Connor, age 36, of Cohoes, was sentenced to 11 years behind bars in federal court in Albany on Thursday, Sept. 28, for trafficking methamphetamine in the Capital Region and obstruction of justice.
