Chipotle Mexican Grill will open its newest location in Colonie on Monday, March 17, bringing its beloved burritos, bowls, and tacos to 1707 Central Avenue, according to a job posting on its corporate website.
The popular restaurant chain is known for its made-to-order Mexican-inspired meals, where diners can customize everything—from protein choices like chicken, steak, carnitas, and barbacoa to free toppings including four types of salsa, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, and guac (for an extra charge, of course).
The Colonie location will mark another expansion for the chain, which operates more than 3,700 restaurants worldwide, including over 200 in New York State.
