Officers Not Indicted In Armed South Jersey Man's Shooting Death, AG Says Two officers will not face criminal charges after killing a Manchester Township man armed with a semi-automatic rifle, authorities said. A grand jury voted not to indict officers Nicholas Greenwood and Michael Anderson, the state Office of the Attorney General said in a news release on Friday, Nov. 15.
