Glen Graves, 33, was sentenced on Thursday, July 11 to 18 years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Tuesday, July 16. He pleaded guilty on Monday, May 20 to first-degree kidnapping, second-degree possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree resisting arrest by flight.

A man and a woman will spend several years in prison after admitting to their roles in a shooting near an Atlantic City apartment complex nearly two years ago, authorities said.
Tawanne Williams, 42, of Philadelphia, was sentenced on Monday, July 15 to five years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Jessica Bryant, 33, of Atlantic City, received the same sentence on the same day.

A jury has convicted a Burlington man for the 2021 fatal shooting of a man in Camden, authorities said.
Lesure Funari, 25, of Burlington City, was found guilty on Thursday, June 6, of first-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Takwail Bailey of Camden.
Funari was also found guilty of second-degree weapons offenses.
