Officers took Tiffany Casapulla, 31, of New Castle, DE, into custody after responding to a domestic incident on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024, at approximately 5:18 p.m. on the 1100 block of Sterling Avenue in Linwood, PA, Lower Chichester police said. Mirvan Dinler, 26, of Trappe, picked the victim up at a Philadelphia nightclub in an UberX and drove her back to her dorm in Hovnanian Hall at the Radnor Township campus on Friday, Sept. 13, police paperwork reads.
