A Philadelphia man was accused of shooting two women in the head, killing one of the victims, authorities said.
Gregg Page, 34, was charged with murder, attempted murder, and several weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Friday, Aug. 2.
