Firefighters Battle Massive Jackson House Fire For Hours
Firefighters from all four Jackson Fire Companies battled a large structure fire for nearly four hours on Saturday, Feb. 1, requiring backup from multiple neighboring departments, Fire Company No. 2 said. The fire broke out along Perrineville Road, in Station 56’s First Due area at approximately 4:45 p.m., prompting an immediate response. Two People Injured In 'Stubborn' Jersey Shore Blaze During Busy, Frigid Day For Firefighters
Two people were hospitalized after their Asbury Park home caught fire two days before Christmas, officials said. Dispatchers first received calls about the fire on Ridge Avenue at around 11:52 on Monday, Dec. 23, the Asbury Park firefighters union said in a Facebook post. Asbury Park and Neptune firefighters initially responded but crews from Long Branch, Wanamassa, Tinton Falls, and Glendola were soon called to help. 4-Alarm Fire Rips Through Edison Senior Center, 1 Casualty Confirmed, Mayor Says
Firefighters were battling four-alarm blaze at an Edison senior center Tuesday night, Dec. 3, officials said. The fire broke out at the Inman Grove Senior Center, prompting a massive emergency response and resulting in at least one confirmed casualty, according to Mayor Sam Joshi.
