Two Egg Harbor City men were arrested and a third man was wanted in a deadly shooting outside a mall on Black Friday in 2016, authorities said.
Steven Martinez, 30, and Timothy Davis, 27, were charged on Wednesday, Aug. 7 with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Monday, Aug. 12.
