South Jersey Man, 64, Dies In Late Night ATV Crash Near Shooting Range: Police
An Egg Harbor Township man was killed when he crashed his ATV late at night, authorities said. The 64-year-old man died in the crash on Friday, Sept. 20, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release on Monday, Sept. 23. Officers responded to the wreck on Betsy Scull Road near the Atlantic County Firearms Training Facility at around 11:30 p.m. Investigators said the man was driving a 2017 Can-Am ATV when it struck a utility pole. Woman, 65, Dies When SUV Strikes Guardrail, Crashing Into South Jersey Woods: Troopers
A Millville woman was killed when her SUV crashed into the woods in Maurice River Township, authorities said. Alice Ferraro, 65, died in the crash on Friday, Sept. 20, a state police spokesperson. Troopers responded to Route 347 North near milepost 7.5 at around 11:41 a.m. Investigators said Ferraro was driving a Honda CR-V when the SUV went off the left side of the road. The Honda crashed through a guardrail and went into nearby woods. Ferraro was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remained under investigation, troopers said.

A community is mourning their loss after a 32-year-old woman died due to a traumatic brain injury following a hit-run crash on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Tess Kathryn Fox, most recently of Springfield, Pennsylvania but formerly of West Deptford, New Jersey, died on Saturday, Sept. 14 as a result of the crash on Interstate 95 near Philadelphia International Airport on Saturday, Sept. 7, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice on Thursday, Sept. 19, and as detailed in obituary published by McGuinness Funeral Homes. Juvenile Bicyclist Struck, Seriously Injured By Car In Camden County: Police
A juvenile bicyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a car on Wednesday, Sept. 18, police in Camden County said. The crash happened just before 6 p.m. at Chews Landing Road near Little Gloucester Road in Gloucester Township, police said. Upon arrival, officers found the injured juvenile in the roadway. A Barnegat woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Galloway Township, authorities said. Angeletta Sheppard, 33, died in the crash on Thursday, Sept. 12, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release. Route 73 To Remain Closed Overnight Following Crash That Downed Power Lines: Police
A portion of Route 73 will remain closed overnight following a crash on Thursday, Sept. 12. The crash involved a vehicle that struck a utility pole in front of the Lukoil at 921 North Route 73 in Mount Laurel around noon, police said. Horses Extricated From Trailer In NJ Turnpike Crash, Firefighters Say
Several horses were medically treated after the trailers they were being towed in were struck on the New Jersey Turnpike Tuesday, Sept. 10, firefighters said.
