Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Investigators said Ringgold was driving a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue at around 5:15 p.m. when his license plate was read, triggering an alert. Ringgold had several active arrest warrants. Atlantic City police arrested 43-year-old David Toney, the department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers stopped Toney while he was driving on the first block of South Kentucky Avenue at around 6:01 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.
