A Mays Landing man admitted to having four explosive devices when police responded to him overdosing on drugs, authorities said. Robert Moser, 32, pleaded guilty on Monday, July 8 to possessing destructive devices, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. He was charged in August 2023, several months after officers responded to his mother's home when she called 911 to report that he was unconscious. A convicted felon from Asbury Park will spend several years in prison after admitting to selling methamphetamine and having a gun, authorities said. Dywann Pugh, 44, was sentenced on Wednesday, July 10 to 10 years in federal prison, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release.
